Started as a joint venture between Transcom Limited and Nestlé S.A, Switzerland in 1992, Nestlé Bangladesh Limited started commercial operations in 1994 with its first factory in Sreepur. Nestlé Bangladesh became a 100% owned subsidiary of Nestlé S.A. in 1998.
